The smaller back upper bedroom, with the double white wardrobe, is $900 plus $100 for utilities (15x15), which includes water, gas, electric, and internet.

The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom.

There are keyed locks on the bathrooms and bedrooms. The house is modern with plenty of natural light and features concrete and wood floors, carpet and padding in the upper bedrooms, tiled upstairs bath, natural gas range, back deck with Weber natural gas grill, quartz countertops, recessed lighting, high efficiency washer and dryer, new dishwasher and water heater, and a fenced back yard. Close and easy to Downtown and East Nashville hotspots.

This home was built green with low or no VOC materials. There is an organic raised garden bed in the backyard which gets full sun and a small flower bed in front. The Lot is 25 x 175 ft and has driveway with room for two cars. If you have a mower, we could work out a discount if you mowed the yard. Month to Month, 6 months or 1 year options.

I can show it evenings and weekends, and occasionally during the day.

About the roomies

One Roomie is currently a Server at a Restaurant, sells imported teas online, makes and sells essential oil, and is a musician. He has a couch and a dining table in the main room. Looking to fill the other available room, which is larger and $75 more per month.
