A room with a private bathroom is available in a townhouse in Fairfax/Clifton/Centreville in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. The rent will cover al the utilities( water,elecric,gas,internet , no cable).

The rent for the first month and security deposit required to move in. I am open to month to month lease or longer terms based on your needs. Security deposit will be return after inspection when you move out.

The house is very peaceful, quite, clean, organized and, I am looking for a tenant who will help to keep it this way an dbe respectful of others privacy, the house rules, pay the rent on time.

NO guests, No smoking, No drugs, No Partying.

Location is absolutely very convenient. George Mason University, 2 exits of 66, Route 50, Lee Hwy ( 29), Braddock Rd, Fairfax County Parkway, Fair Oaks Mall, and Fairfax Corner are very close by. Dulles Airport is 10 miles away. There is a strip mall around the corner in where Giant, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Manhattan Bagel are located.

I am a single professional have a roommate has been renting the basement for over 13 years. We both are very quite, non smokers , non drinkers.
