About the room
My townhouse is right in the heart of Virginia Beach and you’ll be close to all that’s happening here. The house is just a stone’s throw away from Town Center and Mt. Trashmore, while being just a 15 minute drive from all of Chic’s Beach, the Oceanfront and Downtown Norfolk.
My neighborhood, Kemp’s Lake, is always quiet and everyone respects the ordinances and bylaws. The views from the backyard provide excellent nighttime views during summer and winter months.
The house itself is completely up-to-code on all inspections and I’ve maintained everything since I moved in here in May 2022.
About the roomies
Hi! I’m Ben and I’m looking to rent out my furnished spare bedroom. The house is already completely furnished, all that’s missing is a roommate.
I’m pretty low-key during the week when I’m not busy at band practice, performing open mic gigs or out with friends and family. I’m either watching TV or chilling on the back patio enjoying the nice weather.
Your rent would include your bills and your parking would be complimentary. Your accommodations would include access to your own queen-sized bed, a closet, guest shower, a dresser, a nightstand and two side tables, a space that could be converted to an office if needed, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, backyard patio and kitchen space.
