About the room

Country Club house in super serene quiet setting with wrap around deck and sunroom! 3 bedroom and 2 bath, one separate hallway to two guest rooms and guest bath, or separate master upstairs with private bath (would be higher for that room)

Renting two rooms: single guest room $1150 or rent two guest rooms for $2000 and have your own wing! Comes furnished. Rooms are leased now, one June 1st and other July 1st. So short term 4-10 weeks starting anytime April 15th to May 1 and going to end of May or end of June available.

Two parking spots off the road in driveway uncovered and one available in garage. Lots of storage and closets! Utilities split, $100 per month each.

Pets! I have two friendly cats and open to a friendly dog or cat joining! They get along with dogs. I just purchased this house and will be building a barbell set up in the large garage and put down some turf and adding a sauna/cold plunge as well. Country Club comes with access to two amazing pools, two big hot tubs, the full country club gym, and there is amazing golf course and restaurant. The sunroom I will deck out and make a separate bar/work/hang out area. House is over 2000 sq feet.

Added perks: Trails not far and seriously so beautiful! And quiet and peaceful.

About me: I am a pro runner as well as a biomechanics and strength coach.

I also travel. I am fun and positive but also a focused professional. In early 40’s. Welcome to take any of my strength/mobility classes as an added perk. Get along with anyone, and love my sleep! :)
