(NOTE: PARKING IS FREE, FURNISHED OR SEMI-FURNISHED GIVEN AGREEMENT) We have a bedroom in our 2bedroom 1bath (shared with private access from your bedroom and ours) ~!1200 sq. ft. apartment available for rent. Your room has a new king bed with a power-adjustable base, Dyson HEPA fan, and has newer carpeted floors and a closet with nightstand and chair. Common areas have sofas, chairs, bookcases, a 65“ smart tv with streaming apps (Cable and the plethora of apps), Bose record player/speaker system, and the comforts of access to an outdoor deck space with a table with chairs. Washer and Dryer are in-unit (kitchen),, full kitchen with dishwasher, air fryer, table, open bar/concept, central A/C-Heat, and great overall light (windows in each room slider to deck in common space. Location is unbeatable for nature lovers: direct access to Wissahickon Creek/Forbidden Drive for hiking, walking, biking and sporting facilities as well as many parks within a 5-10 minute walk or drive. We are 20 mins from Center City (Septa bus outfront) and minutes from Jefferson University-East Falls, Manayunk, Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken. Local train line to Center City is 5-10 minute drive or bus ride both go direct to multiple areas.

All utilities, internet and access to streaming tv services are included in rent. Option to purchase bed and other furniture associated with room for oneself also possible (we can move current furniture out if you have your own).

We all have a drawer and you would have an entire side of the counter and drawers. We can decide the cleaning maintenance schedule as needed but it is a joint and communal effort for common spaces.

Monkey is a 6y free spirit who will certainly come up to you to say hello and will want your attention over time. Both won’t bother you if thats what you’d like if not your bedroom and space is yours and they will live in another room :-)
