About the room

Hey! I’m renting out a room (or rooms) in my home at 2302 Middle Creek Dr in Kingwood. I live here alone with my two super friendly cats, work from home, and I keep the house clean and quiet. Looking for a respectful, easygoing housemate!

About the house: It’s a spacious 4-bed, 3-bath home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Kingwood — seriously one of the nicest neighborhoods in the Houston area. Think mature trees, peaceful streets, trails everywhere, and great neighbors. The house has a big living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a gorgeous backyard with a private pool and gazebo. It’s a great place to come home to.

Rooms available: I’m flexible — I can work around your preference, so essentially any room in the house can be yours. Options include: 🛏️ Downstairs Master Suite — Large room with its own private bathroom (soaking tub + separate shower + dressing area). Has a bed and desk already. Luxury vinyl floors, ceiling fan, lots of natural light. 🛏️ Upstairs Bedrooms — Spacious rooms with carpet, ceiling fans, and good natural light. Some have just a bed and desk, one is more fully set up. We can figure out what works best for you. Everything included in rent:

Pricing: Depends on which room you want and whether it’s just you or a couple — just message me and we can talk! A little about me and the house rules: I work from home, don’t smoke or drink, and have two sweet cats. You’re welcome to smoke in the backyard and casual drinking is totally fine — just nothing excessive. I’m pretty laid back, I just ask for mutual respect and cleanliness. Location perks:
