Room in family home.Unfurnished Kitchen privileges BUT NO refrigerator privileges. You may bring a small room fridge for your use. We have cats and one small dog - not friendly to small children - So, adults only. One person only You may share my WiFi. All utilities included Laundry facilities. Parking available depending on vehicle size. Absolutely, no alcohol, no drugs ( including cannabis) no smoking inside, no disruptive behavior, no overnight visitors.
