Looking 2 roommates to join our sweet space come May 1st! (men/couples welcome as well - provided the couple wants to rent both rooms for $800 EACH). The rooms are both on the ground floor with a shared bathroom between the two. We have a washer and dryer upstairs (where the other two rooms are) and a spacious, updated kitchen with THREE ovens for some reason and a DISHWASHER! There’s also a cute little sunny porch with privacy from a big pine tree and a small front yard.

Utilities etc are usually about another $100 each but that’s for everything

We are all laid back and cool with most things. 420 friendly and welcoming to all. We’re all pretty busy, but occasionally hang out with a beer or glass of wine and a movie if you’re down, or hit the down for some drinks or music. No need to be friends, but certainly wouldn’t mind! We use the downstairs communally for the kitchen, living room, dining room table, porch etc. We cannot currently accept any pets as we already have THREE adorable cats living here.

We are 2 gals in our late 20s/early 30s just figuring it out here in Denver. We have a 3rd roommate right now as well that is likely moving out (which is why we will probably need 2 more!)

Carly: 28, server at a brunch spot, loves music, outdoors, does lots of circus arts in free time. always busy! Mom to the grey kitty

Colleen: 31, full time nanny, master of many hobbies, loves thrifting, legos, music, and good hangs. mom to the other 2 snuggling kitties

We are chill. Not clean freaks here, but strive for tidy and considerate of everyone else. Guests over are welcome as long as they are good people and we run it buy each other
