Hello, I’m Jen and I’m helping my elderly neighbor Jim rent out his spare bedroom. It’s a comfortable space included with a bed, closet, window for fresh air and private bathroom. The room has carpet and is upstairs, also with a carport for parking.

I’m Jen, I’ve been helping out my elderly neighbor rent his spare bedroom. I’ve been living in this community for a few years now, and only got to know Jim in the 3rd year living here. My brother had introduced me to him and we’ve been doing chores for him since he’s been diagnosed with cancer. He’s filled with many stories and has a kind heart, living along side him are his 2 elderly rescue dogs scooter and Beebe.
