About the room
12’1 x 9’10 sq ft room in townhome with new carpet, large window, and private bathroom, standing shower, with window. Garage and storage attached. Terrace level room has private entrance, in a split level townhome, common area and kitchen level, with our bedrooms on 3rd floor to enjoy more privacy. Quiet neighborhood. LGBT, BIPOC, and disabled folks prioritized. NO CISHET MEN.
About the roomies
We are a tidy neurodivergent transgender lesbian artist couple. Jade is 31 (she/they), works in finance. Eli is 34 (they/them), disabled and sells art. We have a long hair orange senior cat, Bruiser. We prioritize direct communication, with clear expectations. We both like anime and skating.
We are looking for a roommate in our townhome in Durham for duration of lease into February 2027, DM if interested.
