Hi! I’m looking for a great roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom split-wing apartment in East Hollywood / Thai Town—centrally located between Hollywood Blvd and Sunset.
The Apartment: You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom on the opposite side of the unit for added privacy. The apartment is fully updated with modern flooring, appliances, and a clean, elevated feel throughout. There’s also a balcony, walk-in closets, and access to a rooftop pool with incredible panoramic views of the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, and Downtown LA.
Parking is included with two tandem spots. Laundry is shared, each floor having their own Laundry room.
Location: The area is up-and-coming, safe, and very walkable. We’re:

I’m outgoing and enjoy connecting with people, and I’ll occasionally host—but I’m also very intentional about maintaining a peaceful, clean, and harmonious living environment. I love plants, so the space has a nice, calming vibe.
