Proof of stable employment and verifiable income are required. One room is for one person only. No couple, family. Rooms are furnished with queen bed, dresser, night stands and mirror. Ample closet size and remote ceiling fan. No party, no shoes wear inside the house. This is a quiet house and we are looking for tenants that is responsible, easy going, follow rotation cleaning on her turn and no drama.

1 rooms upstairs are $800/month each. 1 month deposit, month-to-month. You will have access to kitchen for cooking, refrigerator, laundry, shared bathroom. House is in south mountain area, in quiet community surround with parks, super markets, restaurants. Five minutes to 202 freeway.
