It is right by campus which makes it nice if you go there! It’s close to everything else in Fort Wayne. The staff is amazing and you always feel welcomed! First months rent will be discounted! The room is good size, with a bathroom in the room, and a great size closet!! It’s on the first floor so it’s very accessible!! It comes fully furnished which is nice! It comes with a bed, desk + chair, and a dresser for under the bed! The living room comes with a coffee table, tv stand, and couch! There is a washer + dryer in the apartment, a dishwasher and stove! You have access to the pool, basketball court, courtyard, tanning bed, and clubhouse!!

She is 21 she is a nanny, she’s clean and she was a good roommate. She was easy going and good to get along with.
