This is a three-story townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There’s a small garage and a driveway, as well as a few spots available near the front of the complex, so no need to stress over parking. It has a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, and on the third floor, there’s a washer and a dryer. You can hang out on the second-floor porch, or you will be close enough to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and downtown Greenville to stay busy, but far enough away to actually get some peace and quiet.
