A furnished room is available in a brand-new, never-before-occupied apartment in a three-unit building in Winooski — just minutes from Burlington. Everything is fresh, clean, and move-in ready. One bedroom is already occupied by a UVM student who keeps things relaxed and low-key. One very well-behaved adult dog shares her room. NO OTHER ANIMALS ALLOWED. This room shares a full bathroom with one other renter. The home is a great fit for anyone looking for a quiet, respectful living environment in a well-kept building.

House Expectations
No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the apartment — this is a strict, non-negotiable policy. No loud parties. Occasional guests are welcome; regular or disruptive gatherings are not. Overnight guests should be occasional, not frequent or ongoing. The leased bedroom is for ONE occupant. Your current housemate values a relatively quiet home — mutual respect goes a long way.
Who Thrives Here
This home is a great fit for a student, young professional, or anyone who appreciates a clean, calm living environment. You value your space, respect shared areas, and prefer a home that feels settled rather than chaotic. UVM and other local students are especially encouraged to apply. This is a queer-friendly house.
About the roomies
One room is already occupied by a UVM junior studying anthropology. She’s quiet and introverted, doesn’t drink, smoke, or use drugs, and works part-time as a dog walker. Outside of class, she’s into drawing and tabletop gaming. She’s looking for housemates who share her preference for a calm, low-key home — no particular shared interests required, just mutual respect for the space and each other’s routines.
