Sandra's room

Beautiful newly-renovated 4 bedroom home on the water (Chisman Creek) in a very quite Seaford neighborhood (Heritage Hamlet). This is a private room, unfurnished, with access to the rest of the home and amenities. The bathroom is shared with my 11 year old son. There are two bathrooms in the home, with the other half bath in my bedroom.

My son, our 1 year old chocolate Lab, and I are the only people (yes, he’s part of the fam haha) who live in the home. We also have a bunny who lives in the attached sunroom on the back of the house! We are extremely busy between work, school, and sports and are looking for someone who is low-maintenance, clean, and reliable to share our home with. Aside from being busy the majority of the time, we are very outgoing and there are many things at the house that you will have access to; including, a gym set up in the detached garage (squat rack, 300+ lbs of weights, bench, kettle bells, some dumbbells, bosu ball, resistance bands), kayaks, and a basketball hoop.
