About the room
A couple in their 50s has a room and bathroom available for rent. We both have grandkids and have no problem with kids hanging out, even sleeping over. Not meant to sound creepy, just for those who may have kids who want to visit. The room is in the Front of the House. We keep the house cool. Free WiFi and utilities are included in the rent. Away from town for quiet, close enough for convenience and delivery apps!!! Access to the community pool and parks.
About the roomies
A couple in their 50s has a room and bathroom available for rent. Very quiet, not a lot goes on here. If anything happens, it’s usually not at the house other than cooking meals, and I work from home most of the time. We are really laid back, grew up in the 80’s. We both have a grandkid, and both are pretty far away, so we do not see them too often. We have no problem with kids hanging out, even sleeping over. Not meant to sound creepy, just for those who may have kids who want to visit. Come and go as you please, no worries of curfew or bothering us.
