Hi! Me and my roommate Abel (29M and 23M) are looking for one more person (Male or Female) to join us in a newly remodeled 3bed/2bath apartment just a short walk to the Huntington Beach pier/ocean.

The apartment has a (sorta) large private backyard and a front patio. The bathroom is shared between you and Abel (clean but not a stickler per-say). It is newly remodeled and has a nice tile shower with like 9 shower-heads!

Laundry is FREE on-site just outside the unit. There are 2x Samsung washers and 2x dryers shared among the 3 units.

There is a small one-car garage with a large storage shelf to put a couple extra boxes as well. TBD on if we will use this as a large storage spot or rotate parking (up for discussion!).

We both work as engineers at a nearby tech company, but we like to think we are fairly “normal” and not super “engineery” haha We like walking down to the beach, and I (Vance) go to Swing/Salsa classes during the week and am trying to get back into running in the mornings.

We’re in the office most days, but may occasionally work from home!

There will be one sweet 5yo cat in the home named Pebbles! She has all automated feeders/ litter box and is very self sufficient (but she will certainly cuddle/play with you if you want her to!).

We’re looking for someone that’s relaxed, clean, and likes to hang out every now and then (maybe cook dinner together or go on a walk together or something)! Hoping to find someone ASAP as we are moving in March 20th!
