About the room
Private master bedroom with a walk in closet and another large closet in the room. Laundry in unit. Clubhouse with gym and 2 swimming pools. Redners and other dining and business on the the property including a dispensary. Right near Rt1 and 15 min from the beach and Cape Henlopen state park.
About the roomies
I live with my two boys (12&8) that are with me every other week and weekend. I work in hospitality about 30 hr a week. I cook a lot and love being home. Summers are busy we are out and about at the beach and summer camps. We are up early during the school year 6a but everyone is asleep by 10p. No pets please. No couples or guests over unless the children are not present.
