My Roommate is moving out in a few weeks, so I’m looking for someone to move in her place. The shared space is very large, its essentially two living spaces connected by an archway. One half is currently occupied as a fully furnished living room- ofc this is open to be shared. If you have furniture of your own and are worried about space, there is a whole separate section right outside of the room I’m looking to fill. We also have storage downstairs that has plenty of room inside. At the moment its just a multimedia space my roommate and I use. The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the apartment, so there’s plenty of personal space!

As far as bills. Heat is free, and electric is very low since I don’t really have too many lights on. Internet is also a separate cost. We also have coin laundry downstairs.

If you use public transport, its really convenient due to the green line stop being right outside the apartment! There is a grocery store, walgreens, and cafe in walking distance.

Hi there! I’m an illustrator with a day job at a cafe and a vintage store! I like to keep pretty busy, so I’m usually out of the house during the day. If I’m not at work, I’m usually out and about or chilling in the living space. In the evening I like to keep to myself, mostly staying in my room.

I’m super friendly and I like to keep it chill, I’m always willing to communicate to make the space comfortable for the two of us. I really like cats and may plan to get one of my own if you don’t have one already, ofc this can change if its a dealbreaker.
