It’s a good fit for you if you want an affordable place to live in a nice house and great location 1/2 mile from Serramonte mall, right next to the bus if you commute like that, close to Bart, walking distance to Seafood City in Daly City.
There’s some room for your stuff. More on the minimal side of this though.
You are welcome to use the kitchen, bathroom, shower, etc. More designed for a sleeping space with access to the common areas.

We have 2 beds in a large living room with a large window.
With dividers to provide some privacy.
There is not laundry at the property so you would need to go to a laundromat. Hopefully one is opening soon at the Seafood City complex a short walk away or there are some laundromats about 1/2 mile away.
Street parking. Need to follow street sweeping signs or park a couple blocks away during peak hours. There is one parking spot on driveway (first come first served).

Currently 2 rooms have an older couple in their 50’s and 60’s. And 2 younger friends in late 20’s who work 7 days a week as an uber driver in the other room.
