Seeking female housemate for nice old house to share in Hyattsville historic district. $700/month does not include utilities I’m looking for someone who is neat, considerate, friendly, responsible, interested in life, outgoing. Must be vaccinated for covid and latest flu variant (when the vaccine comes out).

I selected the “private bath” option, but it’s only semi-private. We would each have our own bathroom, but both bathrooms are used occasionally by other people.

The house is sunny and cheerful inside. For some reason these photos look dark, but the house isn’t dark like that.

This is an all-female living situation. Men visit but not overnight.

Kitchen has microwave, electric stove and oven, separate refrigerator for each person. Currently no working dish washer, but I’m looking for one. Shared dishes and silverware, cookware. Washing machine and dryer in basement.

The room for rent is spacious with three large windows looking out on patio and yard next door. Desk, king-size bed, small table, curtains, and shelving provided.
