Mountain views. Spacious private bedroom, bathroom, and patio. It’s all fairly new, built in 2005, right near I-25, 470 and the Cherry Creek Trail. I would provide access to the gym, and pool/hottub areas. The living area is furnished now.

I’m nice, tidy, and quiet overall. I like crafting and cooking. My job is 3D computer drafting. I get out to the mountains weekly so you’d have space to yourself in those times. I would definitely consider a small dog, but unfortunately am allergic to cats. Very nice neighbors.
