Hello, My name is Kevin. My brother and I own this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood of Talent, Oregon—just a 7 minute drive from downtown Ashland, and only 15 minutes from Medford.

We have a private room available including carpet flooring, two closets, and a window with blinds available for rent, month-to-month lease.

This is an excellent location for a home with a gorgeous view of the valley along with a fenced backyard that accommodates a barbecue, outdoor fireplace, and some outdoor furniture. The interior design of the home allows a spacious living environment with both practical and entertainment amenities providing a comfortable place to stay.

We are looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, mature, and must be able to show proof of income.

There are 2 of us total who live in the house currently, we all work, keep the common spaces clean, and are easy to get along with.
