There is a washer/dryer on-site and always parking on the street out front. The yard is big with lots of grapes, raspberries, blueberries, established gardens and room for more. Things are generally pretty quiet around the house.
Close to bus lines (19) and the 205.
Current tenants are two guys in their 30’s, both respectful and get along well.
Rent is $700/month for the room plus an equal share of utilities (split in 3). Lease term is 6 months with first, last and $700 deposit required.
