THE RENT IS NEGOTIABLE. THIS IS A DRUG, SMOKE AND DRUNK-FREE ENVIRONMENT. There is a puppy on the property. Upstairs private unfurnished room BUT includes a full sized base, mattress and box spring for use or you can bring your own furniture with upstairs bathroom (currently no one else lives upstairs) available in our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home. You’ll have full access to your space, while upstairs also includes a home office and a game room (husband’s space) Laundry is available downstairs.

We have a simple application process, including a background check and proof of renters insurance. We’ll also have a casual meet-up or virtual call to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.

We’re a married couple who both work from home—he’s an electronics tech and she works in healthcare customer service. We enjoy cooking, Husband likes to PC game, baking, movies, shows, anime, kdrama and trying new foods.
