You also must be okay with no smoking, no weed inside or anywhere on the property. The house is not pet-friendly.
We are seeking someone who is respectful and considerate of others in the house, particularly when using the shared areas after 10pm.
Cleaning up after ourselves is standard, and we divide regular household cleaning tasks among everyone - you’ll be expected to participate too.
If you are trying to use the bathroom and the one other person you share the bathroom with is using it, then you are welcome to use the second shared bathroom on the first floor.
