Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease (April 1st - August 31st) with option to renew in September. Rent is 1,200 monthly, city utilities (water, sewage, trash)+internet all are only $10 monthly. PGE is our only real bill and its usually between $20-$50 depending on AC use (note: I am a heavy AC user and cost will likely be lower lol). So total ~1250 monthly!

The bedroom is huge and the walk in closet is also huge. The ensuite bathroom and separate vanity are amazing- probably my favorite thing about the room lol. I get surprisingly good light for my plants!

I just got into grad school and am looking to move into grad friendly housing / some place within my bike riding abilities to avoid paying for parking in the future lol

Current housemate is a very sweet 3rd year undergrad who is studying to become a lawyer. She is very friendly and accommodating! We have had such a calm coexistence and she’s definitely been my best housemate so far lol.
