Room available now in 2bd 1ba first floor apt in a fourplex. Rent is $725/mo plus 1/2 utilities- gas, electric, internet ($50-60). It’s in Meridian near Fairview and North Locust Grove. Room is 11x 10 and unfurnished, there is a goodwill right down the block if you need furniture. Kitchen has everything including dishwasher and rest of apartment is furnished. Shared bathroom is kept clean, very large with rain showerhead, large tub and has full sized laundry in it as well. You will have your own parking space right out front. Walking distance to Fred Meyer and numerous restaurants. Only 1.3 miles to the Meridian Village. Prefer female. You will need to apply through property management with a $35 app fee. New 12mo lease starts June 1st. May rent, $750, will be prorated. Prefer someone looking for a longterm place. No smoking, vaping, drugs or partying please.

I am a 42f who uses a power wheelchair. I have two 50lb dogs, my retired service dog who is an 8yo Border Collie and my current service dog who is a 3yo Lab/Golden. It’s great because there will be dogs who will love you, but none of the responsibility :) There is also a CA king snake who stays in his locked enclosure. Unfortunately, no more animals. I’m pretty easy going. If we communicate, respect each other and the shared spaces, everything will be great. I can leave you to do your thing or be a great friend to watch shows/movies with and talk about everything!
