About the room
The Building is 1 year old with brand new ammenities. It has a rooftop pool, Game room, 24hr state of the art gym, Coworking space and a short walk over the bridge into the heart of brickell as well as a quarter mile right into downtown miami. Great location and great value. Its a 3 bedroom 2 bath with over 1400 Sq feet. All doors are controlled on an App and parking is available on the 2nd floor. The unit is on the 21st floor with a great view of downtown brickell and the water in the distance.
About the roomies
I would stay however I will be moving in with my girlfriend in July. In fact we are staying in the building thats how much we like it. The two roommates are both male ages 25-30 and live active lifestyles usually going out on the weekends and staying relatively quiet during the week.
