Water, sewer, trash, and gas is paid to Village Green of Lansing based on the number of occupants. Active renter’s insurance is required. Xfinity is the preferred provider. The Lease Administration Fee is $100, Security Deposit $400, Carports $20. Pets are welcome. Pet limit is 2 pets. Breed restrictions apply. 35 pound pet weight limit.
