About the room
We’re looking for a roommate to join our lease starting May 1st for the master bedroom with a private bathroom.
Move-in costs: rent is $1,377.50. The deposit is $2,234, but we’re flexible if you’re not able to pay it all at once—we understand it’s a high amount.
The landlord will require a background check, proof of employment, and a credit score check.
Utilities: • Gas & Wi-Fi: about $55/month per person • LADWP (electric/water/trash): around $140–$160 per person every two months (varies by season)
Location: We’re in a great area with tons of amazing restaurants nearby, within walking distance to grocery stores and CVS, and close to bus stops if you don’t drive. If you do have a car, there’s plenty of street parking available.
