Hi there! I am looking for a roommate to take the second bedroom in my two-story apartment. Rent would be $1,050 and it would include all utilities (wi-fi, heat, water, electric, shared streaming if preferred, etc.). The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher. Great LG washer and dryer in the basement. There are 1.5 bathrooms, a fully furnished shared living room, large kitchen, dining/game area, and a creative space in the basement.The furnished bedroom includes a practically new memory foam mattress, wooden desk, leather chair, night stand, bookshelf, 2 lamps, and small dresser. Furniture can be removed if preferred. There is plenty of storage available in the basement.

I am looking for a clean and tidy, respectful roommate who values a calm and relaxed living environment and is comfortable sharing basic household chores and being friendly. Work from home is okay with me. Occasional visitors or overnight guests from time to time are fine as well. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parking is included. No smoking indoors.

You must be LGBT friendly, comfortable living with two cats and a medium sized, trained dog. No additional pets, please. This space would be a good fit for someone with a stable income who is looking for a relaxed, clean, mature living situation.
