Hello, my name is Tron Talton, I currently live in a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom (Shared Shower) apartment in Point Loma. I’ve been here for a year and my roommate is moving out at the beginning of May. I am looking for a roommate to move in for 6-12 months or longer if needed. There’s a shared parking spot but plenty of parking outside gate of the apartments.

The room will be available on May 1st-3rd. There’s a shopping center across the street with Target, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, plenty of restaurants and overall great weather since the marine layer keeps Point Loma cool year round.

I am 29, and I’ve been in San Diego for 5 years. Originally from Houston, I graduated from The University of Louisville in Kentucky, and moved here a year after I graduated. Been here ever since and no complaints or reason to leave.

I’m open to all roommates, the room will be unfinished but the living room and kitchen is furnished. You will have your own bathroom and I have no problems with guest or anything of that nature. If you’re interested feel free to send me a message.

It’s currently just me and I work 7-5 so I’m normally gone throughout the day but occasionally I’ll be home and usually I’m relaxing, watching movies, or cooking. All I ask if that you clean after yourself and be cautious of noise after 11 pm, other than that, you can do anything you want.
