About the room
Private bedroom available in a comfortable 3BR / 2BA home in Atlanta (30315). I’m looking for a respectful and responsible roommate to share a clean, relaxed home environment. The bedroom includes an attached bathroom with a secondary door to the living room. In practice it would primarily function as your bathroom, but the second door exists for occasional guest access. The house includes shared access to a full kitchen, living room, laundry, peloton, front and back porches, and is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to Grant Park, Summerhill, West End, the BeltLine, ATL Airport, and downtown. Street parking is available directly in front of the house.
Rent: $1025/month (utilities included) Availability: ~April 1, 2026 (flexible) Ideally looking for someone interested in staying at least 4–6 months, but flexible for the right fit. First month’s rent and security deposit required at move-in. Renter’s insurance is required (typically inexpensive and protects your belongings). For safety and peace of mind, a basic background and credit check may be requested prior to move-in.
About the roomies
A bit about me: I’m a 37-year-old marketing professional who enjoys cooking, music, being outdoors, and spending time with my very friendly corgi. This is my home (not a rental property), so finding someone who’s a good mutual fit for a respectful, comfortable household is important to me.
The house vibe is generally calm and tidy — not a party house, but occasional friends visiting is totally fine. I work from home most of the week, so the house is generally a calm daytime environment. I keep a fairly relaxed household and appreciate open communication about guests and shared spaces. Ideally looking for someone who: • keeps shared spaces clean • communicates well • has stable income and a predictable routine
This tends to be a good fit for a working professional or grad student looking for a calm home base.
You’ll need to be comfortable around dogs — one dog already lives here, so additional pets would need to be discussed.
If interested, please send a message with a little about yourself, what you do for work, and what you’re looking for in a living situation. To help filter messages, please include the word “corgi” in your reply so I know you read the full listing.
If it seems like we might be a good fit, I’d be happy to schedule a quick call before setting up a time to see the house.
