Remodeled in 2023 from garage to studio apartment means everything is fresh and new. This studio sits behind the main house on a long property creating separate outdoor spaces as well as shared space if desired. Enjoy beautiful vaulted ceilings, ample sunlight from the large main window, and a stylish kitchenette with teal glass tile and modern accents.

Views come in all directions just steps away from your front door, with easy neighborhood walking and proximity to parks. Access to a gas grill, outdoor seating, and a fire pit make the warmer months really fun. This neighborhood is a dream come true in terms of community and friendly neighbors. I’m a queer femme and mental health counselor. I live in the main house with my two young boys who join me half the week, and another queer roommate.

You’ll have your own space, own entrance, and ample street parking. Heater keeps the space toasty, and a window AC is installed in the summer per your request. Laundry is shared with the main house and managed with a group text chat. Extra storage is available on the property for an additional fee.
