Room and office available in South Harlem–right between Morningside Park and Central Park–for a ~5 month sublet (mid-March to mid-August, dates flexible). Rent INCLUDES ROOM AND STUDY/OFFICE (each with a built-in wardrobe). Entire apartment recently renovated. Very bright and calm space (very little noise, no parties), extremely well connected (B, C, 2, 3 lines all 5min away, Columbia is a 10min walk, Washington Sq Park is a 25min trip, and Central Park is a 2min walk). Laundry and Lidl walking distance, Trader Joes a 10min bus ride away.

About the roomies
