About the room

The house has a shared kitchen and living room, office space, and two separate bedrooms. The renters bedroom gets the bathroom that guests use as well. There is a two car garage with potential for storage space or car access with a monthly fee. The back yard is accessible through the main bedroom or the gate. The room is fully furnished with a full size bed, dual/many monitor set up desk, lizard attraction desk, tv, and more. Please ask if you have questions!

About the roomies

I am an animal lover so I have three main companion dogs: Tiko, Tsunami, Tazzmanian. Tiko is 14 and enjoys peaceful days while the other two can be loud and are on the younger side. I sometimes take animals out of bad situations and then rehome them once they are healthy or set up well. I have a tank with nothing that I’d sell if you want to put a critter in it and another with a bearded dragon. Prior to rooming, I can rehome or if you want a fun pet of your own, you can have her (Daenerys) for a rehome fee. I am genuinely looking for someone reliable and will treat my critters with respect and love. What it looks like to live with me: I enjoy flowers and art a lot. I love to hike and paddle board and the dogs do too but it’s been a while since I’ve been out. If you enjoy music, we will get along because I like having a radio playing to sing along to :). My cooking skills aren’t amazing, it’s because I don’t practice. I have this weird mental block often times where cooking for just myself is a hassle and cooking for another is okay. I know, dumb. I can put on a movie or a show but I like a little snack to go with it. I would expect cleaning responsibilities be split and regularly done. I’m not perfect but just keeping the place managed keeps our mental space managed as well. Outside of normal weekly tasks, all heavier monthly type cleaning can be split like mopping, dusting, window washing. Cleaning split is obvi just the shared spaces. If you don’t wanna clean, can also hire (roommate and I split the bill and that worked well too).
