Roommate needed !!!! I am in search of a roommate 6-12 months or long . Im signing a new lease in June. My plan is to move june 2027 if everything goes to plan. I would prefer a Christian or someone with no drama and a professional . MOVE IN MARCH 31st or THE BEGINNING OF APRIL .

• I live a few miles for Methodist college, and 8 miles from the The Honeycutt Gate (Gate 10) for Fort Bragg

I prefer not a dog in the apartment , but can discuss options with the right candidate. $300 pet deposit 20$ extra on the rent for the doggie

Application fee -$50 ( has to be a money order addressed to the apartment complex ) . Application fill out ( IN- PERSON ONLY . It is not electronic ! )

Screening/ ( background check)

• You do not need to pay for renters insurance.

The office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM until till 6 PM to come fill out in person and providing the money order.

Rent/ expenses Roommate portion - $455 ( smaller bedroom) Lights - 1/2 the bill ( highest bill has been $136) . Whatever half the bill for each person Water - 1/2 bill ( highest so far has been $75 monthly ) Internet - $50 ( 1/2 of the normal cost) Total monthly = 610.50

This might be less or more depending on the cost cost of water/ lights

No cable- Netflix access I have renters insurance to cover my belongings. You might need a separate account your items . Requirement by the apartment complex.

Bedroom : Has a bed of them to use No dresser Shared bathroom
