Need a new house mate for this 3 bedroom, I’d like to share the third bedroom as an office. Just outside of Oakwood and very convenient to downtown Raleigh. Lots of room, I don’t own much furniture. Also, lots of extra storage. $825+bills split. I’m 52 yo male, mellow and easy going w/ an older cat. Available Aug 1st, must have good credit, employment and be able to co-sign a year lease. Need to secure a house mate by June 30. I am dog and cat friendly if it works, my cat can not stand small yappy dogs (or yappy people for that matter!). Big aggressive dogs don’t work either. Older or mid-sized, SWEET dogs usually work. Older cat would probably be ok.
