Want to live alone but cannot afford to? This might be a good fit. We live in a beautiful 3 bedroom house in NW Portland. We are both hermits who do not use much common space in our home and are looking for someone (or a couple) who would like the living and dining room for their use as well.

It is 1300$ a month, that includes:

-One private bedroom -Exclusive use of the main living room -Exclusive use of the dining room (if needing extra space) -ALL Utilities are PAID; gigabit internet, cable (if you want to connect to that for TV), water, garbage, sewage, laundry, storage space, free parking, and electricity.

Household values and expectations: -Must be LGBTQ+ affirming and an ally -Quiet, respectful, and independent living style -No extreme substance abuse issues. 420 is okay -No prior evictions -Neurodivergent friendly environment -No pressure to socialize. Friendly but autonomous household!

There is no pet rent or pet deposit, dogs must get along with current dog in the house.

The current residents are myself (Ash), and Mel. We generally keep to our rooms. We value a calm and respectful household and are seeking someone who is comfortable with a quiet and low drama living environment. We both enjoy doing art and both work in kitchens in the restaurant industry.

Mel’s space includes their private bedroom and use of the shared areas such as the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and storage. My space includes my private bedroom and the secondary living room, which I use as an art space and for my dog, Oppa!
