Hey everyone! 1 Bed in a 2 Bed 1 Bath for rent! I am looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease in a 2 Bed and 1 Bath in the South Slope/Gowanus area. The area is right off 4ave 9st and Prospect Ave; the F, G, and R trains are a 5-minute walk.

Quiet neighborhood close to Prospect Park and good food The price is $1500/month excluding utilities (around $80 a month), ~ the room would be available 4/1. Please let me know!

I am a nurse at a nearby hospital. I usually work overnights, so I likely won’t be home most nights and sleep throughout the day ( heavy sleeper, don’t mind me).
