Large furnished master BR facing east (front yard) towards Cascade Mountains. Shared bath with one other room mate. Great kitchen, living dining room great room with windows looking east and west. West is a forest (back yard). Quiet street. Garden. Herbs in garden. Off street parking. Washer dryer is in basement.
Sixteen minute walk to bus (522, 372 and 322). The 522 takes us to light rail. Can park close to bus stop in neighborhood instead of walking.
Lake Forest Park Town Center is a great local hang out with book store, restaurants, stage and tables, gym is Planet Fitness, local library, hardware store, bank, Starbucks, Mod Pizza, Safeway, Papa Murphy’s pizza. The Town Center is 0.7 miles away.
Hamlin Park is a forest with trails and picnic shelter and baseball field. Near north end of Lake Washington. Watch Kenmore Air seaplanes fly overhead towards the San Juan Islands all summer. Front and back decks. Wood fires during winter in wood stove in living room with round glass door. Cozy and warm with a fire.
Unlimited hot water from hot water on demand - never run out.
