Washer/dryer and all amenities included. Quiet neighborhood, close to San Marino and South Pasadena border, and downtown with movie theater and restaurants is walking distance away. Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, Pavilions are all within a 3-5 minute drive.

About the roomies

Empty nester with boys away for school. So, it’s just me and my son’s cat here now. If you are allergic to cats, not a problem. I can return her to her original owner (ou sitter). I’m an engineer by profession and I enjoy cooking, mostly Mediterranean cuisine, music, fixing things, comedy, painting, movies.and the outdoors - sin and snow.
