I am a female in my early 20’s looking for a roomie. Been living here for two years. Pretty friendly just like chilling when at home. I am looking for someone with a stable job, who’s cleanly, and is looking for a private room. All I ask for is to clean up after ourselves. I try to rinse dishes right away, and then throw them in the dish washer. If it works better to makeup a cleaning schedule together, that be awesome. I’ve had previous experience with roommates that were disrespectful and uncleanly and that made it really hard to live with.
