It’s a 3-bedroom 1 bath house fully refurbished when we moved in a year ago. We have kept it nice so it’s just as beautiful as it was before. Very modern renovation, all new appliances, laminate wood flooring, white walls, and all LED lighting. Jack and Jill bathroom, both upstairs rooms are available, central air downstairs and radiators upstairs and air conditioners can be added in window or plug in electrical ac units can be used. Utilities are on average 125$ per person a month. There are about 3 spots to park on the road in front and plenty of space in the driveway, and space in the backyard as well if necessary. Decent size backyard and nice brand new stained deck. 1.5 car garage.

It’s just me my other roommates are moving out, and the 2 rooms are available. I am 21 and single, I do have friends over and people at times, but I am respectful of my roommates. I am a UNOH student and I am a mechanic, so I focus on that mainly. I party occasionally and I go out and sometimes stay out late but mostly on weekends. I am a people person, and I like to meet my roommates and maybe become friends. I am also clean and keep my area clean and chores are done in the house and hopefully people who are interested in moving in will be ok with doing the same and keeping their own space clean and do a share of house chores.
