Hi! I’m looking for a roomate in my 4b2.5b house in McKinney, TX. (I live by myself and looking for one long term roomate but open to 1 or 2 short term roomates as well) This spacious room comes with Fully furnished: bed frame, mattress, nightstand, dresser, desk, and office chair Private bathroom + closet space Easy move-in, just bring yourself! You’ll also have full access to the kitchen, common areas, backyard, and parking. Convenient Location • 10 mins → Costco • 6 mins → Kroger • 11 mins → Target, Walmart Supercenter & Sam’s Club • 6 mins → Baylor Scott & White Medical Center + Lake Forest Dr (restaurants, bars & shops)
