You will have your own PRIVATE room, amenities, Keys to the property, come and go as you please, No visitors after midnight, Full kitchen privileges, own refrigerator, ability to cook, use cookware, dishes… wash clothes, use facilities as you please, ETC Formal dining and entertainment area available for your use, Very nice elderly gentleman just wishes to help a college student. A female much preferred. No overnight “visitors”. What you do/how you live is YOUR OWN BUSINESS! If you could help with light housekeeping rental deductions could be available. Due to the high number of inquires, a face to face interview is preferable. I have been taken advantage of before… please be kind and HONEST!

I am a kindly older gentleman with a service dog. (Friendly), who wishes to help out a college student. By previous experience, female preferred. I have been taken advantage of before, although I won’t hold that against YOU… I am loosing faith in the human uprightness, and ability to care more about others than ones’ self!
