Hi currently my roommate and I are looking to rent out our 3rd bedroom. Lease would be month to month. Bills are included in rent. We are 420 friendly just not in the house. House is a 3 bed 2 bathroom upstairs and downstairs with a balcony upstairs. We are walking distance from Walmart and other shopping centers near the area. No drama, no couples. Cats are welcome. Move in ready, access to entire house,and a parking spot.

I’m friendly, positive, and easy to live with. I work a lot, so I’m not home too much, but when I am, I like to relax, cook simple meals, and keep the space comfortable. I’m clean, responsible, and not the type to bring chaos into the house. I get along with pretty much anyone and value a home where everyone feels comfortable. I enjoy fishing and gaming.
