About the room

I lowered the rent! I teach students at a university. I’m a 30-year-old male. Pets are not allowed. The house is a duplex, and utilities are separate, nearby KWU. We will share Gas and electricity. I used about $25 per a month, and internet is $30. The washer and dryer are in the basement and are shared. I’m looking for a clean person. I just moved in as well, so there is currently no furniture in the house.

About the roomies

There are two bedrooms, and I am using the larger one. The smaller room available is about 3 times the size of a queen bed. If you have a lot of belongings, you can use the living room as well. I don’t use it. I mostly stay in my room and just cook simple meals. I’m looking for someone who is clean.
